Position Highlights:

Four-day workweek (4x10s)

MondayFriday only | No nights or weekends | Minimal call

1822 patients per day
-
Supportive team of MAs, front office, and leadership support

Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, imaging, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services
Position Requirements:

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
-
Eligible for Colorado licensure
-
DEA registration with prescriptive authority
-
1+ years of family medicine experience required
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $120,000 $145,000, based on experience
